- ‘Services’ refer to all the services provided by the seller to the buyer as requested by the buyer.
- ‘Price’ refers to the price to be paid for products and services as fixed between the seller and buyer.
- ‘Warranty Period’ refers to a written guarantee promising to repair or replace a product if necessary within the period specified as mentioned in the clause of the contract between the seller and buyer.
- ‘Order of Purchase’ refers to an order of product/products placed by the Buyer through our website.
- ‘You’ refers to the user of the website or the buyer of the products through this website.

- The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, expenses or costs (direct or indirect) of any kind incurred or suffered by you due to the product not being delivered within the expected delivery time.
Price, Payment, and Order
- The price of the products, including GST and delivery cost will be as mentioned on the invoice by the Seller.
- The Seller reserves the right to change the price of the products should a difference to the quotation be needed.
- The entire payment must be made to the seller by the buyer before the product is dispatched.
- The buyer can make payment through net banking, debit card or credit card.
- Upon ordering product/products on our website, ‘You’ accept that after you have placed an order for the product/products on our website.
- When you make online transactions on our website, our website secure server software technology will encrypt all registered data, including your name, address, Credit/ Debit Card details and telephone numbers and ensure safe and secure online transactions on our website.
- You can make payment for the products using Debit or Credit card or through net banking. You will be charged after your confirmation of the order and before delivery. We are not responsible for any charges incurred on you by your own bank for any transaction fee/charges.
- The Company reserves the exclusive right to refuse service or any transaction for any reason. We are not liable to you or any third party for changing/adding or withdrawing any product/products on our website.
- Once you place an order on our website and we receive it, you will get a confirmation email from us as the acceptance of the order. In case we accept the order placed by you on our website but the selected product is not available, we will notify you and refund the amount that you paid for that product.
- Although we offer a range of beautiful and durable rugs of different designs and sizes but we also welcome the approach of our customers for a customized rug that is perfectly tailored as per their choice and style. Our expert team will assist and guide you for the same. Kindly note that customized order takes around 3 to 4 weeks, except hand knotted which takes more time, after the order is placed and confirmed.
- The order for hand-knotted customized sized rugs will take minimum 8 to 12 weeks once the order is confirmed. Also, depending on the size and design of the hand-knotted customized rugs, it can even take 3 months. We try our best to provide such exquisite hand-woven rugs to our customers as soon as possible without compromising on the quality.
- Also, kindly note that depending on the monitor colour setting there might be a 5 to 10 % color variation, and 1 to 5 cm size variation in the hand-knotted custom rugs.
- To keep your rugs in good shape and condition (care instructions for rugs), we recommend you professional carpet cleaning services.
- Delivery charges will be included in the invoice of the product purchased from us.
- The product/products will be delivered by the Seller to the address given by the buyer.
- We try our best to dispatch all products within 5 working days but we are not responsible if any product is delivered late to the buyer for any reason. (This time period is the estimated time and must not be regarded as a condition of sale).
- Once your order is dispatched you will be notified by us.
How to Pay
We accept payment with the payment methods listed on our website. To make shopping a good experience for our customers we accept payment in instalments (maximum 3) and that too interest free. We provide partial payment option so that our customer never feels any burden while buying a product of his choice. When you buy any product from our website, you don’t have to pay full amount in one go. You only need to pay 30% minimum as the initial payment and the remaining payment can be paid in instalments.
While purchasing, the user can see the payment detail on the 'Add to Cart' page and view split payment orders & remaining installments from the “my account” section, after the purchase.
Returns and Refund
After receiving your order if you are not satisfied with it, kindly call us or email us directly. If the product is defected or faulty and you notify us within 7 days after receiving the product, we will exchange the product and in case we can’t replace it, we will refund you the amount paid for it. The refund will not include any postage cost required to send the product back to us by you.
